We're from here. That's not a marketing line.

Southstack works both sides of the Carolina line, out of the Charlotte metro — born and raised in South Carolina, and we've got no plans to be anywhere else. We'll build for any small business with a bottleneck worth fixing. If you're inside a few hours' drive, we do the sitting-down in person — so when something matters we can be at your table instead of scheduling a call about it.

Small and niche businesses run on systems nobody ever wrote down: how a pour gets quoted, who gets called back first, which pallet is worth the drive. Big software makes you throw that out and adopt somebody else's process. We do the opposite — we learn how you already work, then build the AI around it.

You get a written scope and a number before we start. If we misjudge the effort, that's our problem, not a change order.

Your data and your accounts, in your name from day one. The software's licensed to you for good — fire us and nothing stops working.

No model names, no jargon, no slide decks about transformation. We'll tell you what it does and what it costs to run.

You'll hear back today

Call, text, email — same day, usually within the hour, and it's one of us on the other end. This is the part we care about most.

We'll tell you no

If a spreadsheet and an afternoon would fix it, we'll say so instead of selling you a build you don't need.

Why “Southstack”

The house is the business — somebody's shop, somebody's front office, built and paid for. The stack beside it is what we add: the data, the automation, the part that scales. Same footprint, more capacity.

South is where we are and who we build for. Rural, small, niche — the businesses everybody else's software was never designed for.
